Burn the Script

  • Conscious Revolution (map)

As women, we move through a system that was never made for us.

Inherited, not chosen. Shaped without our voices in the room.

And yet, we’re expected to bend ourselves to fit.
To show up just right, to say the right thing.
Unspoken rules. Silent pressure. Constant performance.

It’s no wonder so many of us are constantly comparing, questioning, second-guessing.
We shrink, edit, overthink. Not because we’re weak, but because we’ve been conditioned to believe we are.

Together with Conscious Revolution, we’re creating a place to pause. To reflect. To see who we are beneath the noise and possibly take a step towards something liberating.

“You are not required to set yourself on fire to keep others warm.”

What to expect

Welcome + Setting the Tone—A warm hello, why we’re here, and what this space is really about.

Community Agreements—Some gentle ground rules for how we show up — real, open, and responsible for our own stuff.

What matters to you—With Conscious Revolution leading us, we’ll dive into a hands-on, reflective exercise to explore what really matters to you (not what you think should matter).

Getting into it—We’re going to talk about how we see ourselves and each other, the sneaky patterns that show up when we don’t even notice, like:

  • Judging others (and realizing, yep, we’re doing that to ourselves too)

  • Always feeling like we have to "measure up"

  • Not giving ourselves a damn break

We’ll practice this thing called:
Pause. Notice. Choose.
It’s simple, but kind of magical.

Liberation Moment—Together we’ll let some stuff go — the pressure, the noise, the old stories — and make room for more joy, alignment, and ease.

Collective Breath + Close—We’ll wrap with a grounding moment to come back to the body, acknowledge how far we’ve come in just one evening, and carry that energy forward.

Our partner

Tara Jenkins

Tara is currently living out what she calls her life’s joy (formerly known as “life’s work”) — and it’s twofold.

First, she’s a mom to two incredible kids, a role she sees as both a huge responsibility and a powerful opportunity. She’s raising future changemakers in this beautiful, chaotic, wild world — and she’s here for it.

Second, she supports leaders — and believes we’re all leaders — in deepening and expanding their impact through the company she founded, Conscious Revolution. Its purpose? To create alternative futures together. Its vision? A way of seeing, being, and doing that continuously emerges toward collective thriving. What better way to spend a lifetime?

She sees how we spend our time as bridge-building; from what is, to what’s next. To do this work well, she brings a commitment to staying awake in every area of life, to equity and abundance, and to embracing both polish and mess. She believes being real matters more than being perfect.

And sure, she’s got the credentials: 25 years as an HR, Organizational Development, and DEI leader. A degree in Human Resources. A master’s in Organizational Development & Leadership. All the certifications. But these days, she’s more interested in unlearning what doesn’t serve. Many “best practices” she’s seen have done more harm than good — and she’s all about reinvention.

Because when humanity is centered, everything starts to make sense. And that’s exactly what she’s here to pursue.
